1) Privacy Policy

Dragon Global Chauffeur Service respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you make a booking:

  • Name
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Pickup and drop-off location
  • Payment details
  • Special requests (e.g. baby seat, luggage requirements)

Use of Information

Your personal information is used only for:

  • Processing bookings
  • Providing chauffeur services
  • Customer communication
  • Service improvement

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except where required by law or service operations.

Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to ensure your information is stored securely.

2) Cancellation Policy

Dragon Global Chauffeur Service understands that travel plans may change. The following cancellation terms apply:

More than 24 hours before pickup
No cancellation fee
Within 24 hours of pickup time
50% of booking fee charged
Within 12 hours of pickup or No-Show
100% of booking fee charged

A No-Show includes:

  • Passenger cannot be contacted
  • Passenger fails to appear at pickup location
  • Booking is cancelled after chauffeur arrival

3) Booking Terms

Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed through official channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, or the company booking platform.

A booking is confirmed only after Dragon Global Chauffeur Service provides a confirmation.

Chauffeur Arrival

Chauffeurs will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time to ensure punctuality.

Waiting Time Policy

The first 15 minutes waiting time from the scheduled pickup time is complimentary.

After the complimentary waiting period:

  • Waiting charge: AUD $25 per 15 minutes
  • After 3 waiting blocks (45 minutes) the booking will automatically convert to a minimum 3-hour charter service, charged based on the applicable hourly rate.

Airport Pickup Waiting Time

Airport arrival services include:

  • 80 minutes complimentary waiting time from flight landing

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly for delays.

Baby Seat Policy

Baby seats are available upon request.

  • Baby seat fee: AUD $25 per seat per trip

Parents or guardians remain responsible for ensuring the child is secured according to Australian road safety regulations.

4) Corporate Accounts

Corporate clients may apply for a business account with Dragon Global Chauffeur Service.

Benefits may include:

  • Monthly consolidated billing
  • Priority booking
  • Dedicated booking support
  • Corporate travel solutions
  • VIP airport transfer arrangements

Corporate accounts are subject to approval and may require:

  • Business registration details
  • Billing contact information
  • Payment terms agreement

Payment terms for approved corporate accounts are typically 7–14 days from invoice date.

5) Fleet & Vehicle Policy

Dragon Global Chauffeur Service operates a fleet of premium chauffeur vehicles designed for comfort, safety, and luxury.

Our fleet includes vehicles such as:

  • Toyota Alphard 40 Series
  • Executive luxury vehicles
  • Premium chauffeur transport solutions

Vehicle Allocation

Vehicles are allocated based on:

  • Passenger count
  • Luggage capacity
  • Service type
  • Availability

Vehicle Standards

All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and include:

  • Professional chauffeur drivers
  • Fully licensed CPV vehicles
  • Commercial vehicle insurance
  • Regular vehicle maintenance
  • Clean and sanitised interiors

6) Luggage Policy

Passengers must inform us of luggage quantity and size during booking.

Dragon Global Chauffeur Service reserves the right to adjust vehicle allocation if luggage exceeds capacity.

Service Responsibility

Passengers must comply with all applicable Australian laws including seatbelt requirements.

Dragon Global Chauffeur Service reserves the right to refuse service if passenger behaviour is unsafe, illegal, or abusive.

7) Damage & Cleaning Fees

Passengers will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.

Cleaning fees may apply for:

  • Excessive dirt
  • Spills
  • Vomit
  • Interior damage

Professional cleaning charges may be applied where necessary.

8) Lost Property

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Dragon Global Chauffeur Service is not liable for items left in the vehicle but will assist in locating lost property where possible.

9) Amendments

Dragon Global Chauffeur Service reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
